The Transplant Doula™ may collect information from you when you voluntarily sign up for e-mails or free information, register for a class or presentation, leave comments on this website or any related website or forum hosted on any platform by The Transplant Doula™ (including but not limited to any The Transplant Doula™ group or subgroup on social media or Mighty Network), order a service or product, fill out any type of form, access private membership pages, or otherwise contact The Transplant Doula™ via an online form or e-mail. The information collected may include your name, e-mail, address, phone number, and/or billing information. You are not required, however, to provide any personally identifiable information to merely access or visit this website.

The Transplant Doula™ collects such information to send e-mails, fulfill orders, deliver services and products, complete customer transactions, oversee contests and promotions, and improve website performance and customer service.

Members of The Transplant Doula™ team have limited access to information that you provide us, such as your enrolled courses, course progress, and username / email address, and order history. However, they do not have access to credit card information or passwords.

If you want to unsubscribe from receiving e-mails from The Transplant Doula™, you may do so at any time. Each e-mail from The Transplant Doula™ includes instructions for unsubscribing from these e-mail communications.

Google Analytics – as our data processor so we can track how users interact with and find our website to create the best online experience possible.
Facebook pixel – to help us with advertising efforts on Facebook and Instagram.
Zoom – collects your name + email to send you reminders and important join links for any webinars, events, and workshops you register for through The Transplant Doula™
Woocommerce – as our ecommerce platform for any purchases you might make for products via The Transplant Doula™ website
Mighty Networks – as our network platform for members to connect, access courses, and subscribe to coaching.
Stripe – as our payment processor.

We track your interactions and engagement with The Transplant Doula™ so that we may better understand our users’ experience (i.e. how much time they spend on which pages, which links they choose to click, what users do and don’t like, etc.) and this enables us to build and maintain our service with user feedback. The Transplant Doula™ and any products and services offered on any The Transplant Doula™ are not intended for persons under the age of 18. The Transplant Doula™ prohibits children under the age of 18 from using all interactive portions of The Transplant Doula™, including leaving any comments.
